Justus, Peter and Bob are ready to go on vacation until a mysterious phone call changes everything. The three boys follow the clues and come across the secret society Sphinx around the mysterious Professor Phoenix. Sphinx soon launches an expedition to the active volcanic island of Makatao, also known as the Isle of the Dead. No one who sets foot on Makatao comes back alive. Why is Sphinx embarking on such a daring journey? And what does the successful entrepreneur Joseph Saito Hadden have to do with the expedition?
The soundtrack of "The Three Investigators – Dead Island"
As in the two previous films, “The Three Investigators – Dead Island” also uses a mixture of organic and electronic sounds. This time, however, the orchestra comes more to the fore.
The mysterious treasure hunt thrives on the sound of the large orchestra, which covers every timbre with strings, brass, woodwinds and choir. The vocals emphasize the mysterious but also emotional moments and lend the film an adult depth.
Thus, the epic music for the third part is an adventure score that underlines the movie with excitement and fun.
